De Vere Gardens Cloakroom Hanging Baskets
TCI won the contract with WACO to supply and install a cloakroom Hanging basket system for 720 personnel. This innovative system allowed space to be saved in the restricted site. The baskets hang from rails which could be controlled in a secure drying room facility by an operator.
World Conservation & Exhibition Centre, British Museum
TCi was asked to provided the welfare storage for the construction workers. This required the supply and installation of Wire mesh lockers. These allow for visibility, air circulation and facilitate in drying and avoiding damp build up in a heavily used working environment.
Tavyside Health Centre Refurbishment
TCi were approached to supply furniture for the waiting areas, offices and consultancy rooms. Through working closely with the client a selection of fabrics and furniture finishes were chosen which best suited the style desired by the client and Stephen Whettem Architects.
HW Technology Office Refurbishment
TCI carried out a complete office revamp from floor to ceiling to create a special and sophisticated working environment. This high quality refurbishment was delivered on time and in budget whilst working with other trades, and we were able to prevent disruption to any of the working offices on the floors above.
Holsworthy Community College
TCI supplied and installed all the bespoke bench units, along with worktops, desking and classroom pods. Working to strict timescales and along side other trades, we helped to ensure that the project was delivered on time and budget.
Babcock International Group Drawing Office
In February 2009 TCI were awarded a £150,000 turn key package to transform and bring Babcock International's open planned drawing office into the 21st century. The project came in on time and budget, leading to the client placing a further six orders with TCI.
Westfield 2012 Olympic Site Welfare Facilities
In October 2009, TCI designed, set out and installed a drying area for 1,000 construction workers on the London 2012 Olympic site.

During the creation of this 7,500m2 construction office, TCI won the builds contract to supply and install 250 work stations and conference room facilities, as well as the supply and installation of all floor floor coverings and 200 toilet cubicles with vanity units and mirrors.
Lockton London HQ Refurbishment
TCI were engaged by HCI on behalf of Lockton for the refurbishment of their London Headquarters' reception and entrance area to enhance the 'client experience' whilst reinforcing Lockton's corporate vision, mission and brand values.
