Babcock International Group Reception Corridor
Case Study
Following on from the major refurbishment of Babcock drawing office, TCI was invited to tender for the full refurbishment of the reception corridor, and the four joining offices.
In total the full project was spread over 130m2. The corridor forms part of the main fire escape route, so careful consideration was given during the planning stage, to ensure that the newly formed corridor met and exceeded current regulations.

The full area was taken down and removed from site. A new fire resistant sub floor was installed, along with new fire resistant walls, doors, and ceiling grid.
This full turn key project was completed in three sections, and took just six weeks to complete. Down time to the client was kept to a minimum, as TCI worked around the clock, seven days a week, to ensure that the 100+ Babcock office staff could carry out their daily duties.
