Haines Watts Technology Refurbishment Case Study

HW Technology (HWT) are a Microsoft Gold Partner and Sage certified business partner providing I.T. and Accountancy software consultancy and support to SMEs based in the UK. With their growing reputation and client base, they where soon feeling the need to relocate in order to comfortably house their increasing workforce.

However, with the hope that they could stay in their same beloved location, they came to TCi to see if we could help. A complete revamp of the offices was required, from floor to ceiling.

Once the office was completely stripped, TCi where able to begin refurbishing the office to create a special and sophisticated work environment, to represent the high quality and reputation that HWT already have. By removing a large amount of the internal partitioning, we soon created a large habitable space for the central area, to reduce the claustrophobic feeling that had been becoming more apparent in the office.

We also replaced the wall which separated the main office from the rest of the area with a glass partition, to further give the special feeling. A new lighting structure and leveling of the suspended ceiling allowed for a more even light distribution to the basement office.

TCi managed to deliver this high quality refurbishment on time and in budget whilst working with other trades, and were able to prevent disruption to any of the working offices on the floors above.
