Interactive Office Planner

Welcome to our interactive office planner! Using this tool, you can give your office a fantastic makeover in minutes! What's more, the layouts you design will be completely to scale so you'll know exactly what size furniture will fit! To get started, read through the instructions below.

Geting Started

Using a pen and paper, draw a rough outline of the shape of your office, then measure the length of each wall
making a note of them on your drawing.

Next, from the 'Layout' tab on the left hand panel below, select a layout that best suits your office. You can customize this layout in Step 3. Click on your chosen layout or drag it onto the work area.

On each side of your layout you will notice a small red dot. Click on these dots and drag them until each side of your layout matches the lengths on your drawing. Tip! Use the magnifying glass to zoom in and out.

Once you're happy with your layout, click on the remaining tabs to select desks, chairs and drawers and drag them onto your work area. Tip! You can select different size and style options from the drop down lists.

Use the rotate options found in the right hand panel to further refine the positioning of your furniture. Simply click on a piece of furniture so that its outline turns red and click the rotate buttons as required.

Finally, when you're happy with your new office layout, click the Print Layout button!
